About the Role As an Occupational Therapist at Therapywell, you will have the opportunity to: Client Engagement: Build strong, empathetic relationships with clients through individual or group therapy sessions. Assessment & Diagnosis: Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' functional challenges and goals. Treatment Implementation: Create and deliver client-centered, strengths-based treatment plans, adjusting them as necessary. Team Collaboration: Work within our multidisciplinary team to enhance client care through shared insights and case discussions. Competitive Salary: $100,000–$130,000 p.a. Super , depending on experience. Convenient Locations: Based across Auchenflower and Mount Gravatt with free parking and accessible public transport. We offer flexibility depending on your home location. Professional Growth: Regular 1:1 supervision with Senior Mental Health OTs, an annual PD allowance of $1,000 (pro-rata), and ongoing training. Key Qualifications & Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy. Current AHPRA Registration (Occupational Therapy Board of Australia). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience across the lifespan and in multidisciplinary settings. Mental Health OT registration (highly valued). Compliance Checklist: Right to work in Australia. Current National Police Check (less than 3 months old).
